Bertha Jean Naterop
Bertha Jean Naterop has taught English, business correspondence and typing for over 30 years. She moved to Switzerland in the 1960s and gave many courses in business correspondence. She is the author of Business Letters for All published by Oxford University Press.
Until her retirement Bertha was Switzerland's Chief Examiner for English for business purposes, an international language examination.
Bertha is currently a committee member of the Swiss Association of Teachers of English.
