Derek Utley
Derek Utley is a graduate of Cambridge University and taught Spanish and French in schools and colleges for 17 years. From 1980 to 2003 he was a partner of York Associates for whom he now works as a consultant teacher and author. Derek has a special interest in intercultural communication skills and in the business and technology of telecommunications.
He is co-author of English for the Telecommunications Industry and Oxford Business Skills, both published by Oxford University Press.
