John Banks is the local man who is going to take a supermarket to court. John, (1) has worked on the fish counter of his local store for three years, was asked to leave his job last week. The local man (2) has recently grown a beard, says he was sacked because of his appearance. The supermarket, (3) has become the centre of the huge row, claims he was sacked because too many people had been complaining about the ways he looks. They say the people (4) complained didn't like the idea of a man with a beard serving them food. They didn't think it was clean. John, (5) beard is quite short and tidy, says this is unfair. The court, (6) meets this Monday, will decide the matter.
