Buy e-books for your students

  1. Decide which e-books best suit your students. Do they need the Student’s Book and a Workbook? Which Graded Readers would be right for their level?

    To make it easier for students, you can request an access code that gives students several e-books at the same time, or just one e-book.

      or
    • Student's Book + Workbook + Reader
  2. Contact your ELT consultant to arrange to purchase access codes from your usual bookshop or distributor.

Get your students using their e-books in four simple steps

Give your students these instructions on how to use their access code:

  1. To use your e-books on a tablet, go to the App Store for iPad or Google Play for tablets for Android. Download the Oxford Learner’s Bookshelf app, then register or log in.
    -or-
    To use your e-books on a computer, register or log in to www.oxfordlearnersbookshelf.com.
  2. Choose Add a book.
  3. Enter the access code.
  4. Download the books from the Cloud view on your tablet, or use them online on your computer.

Buy your own e-books

  1. You and your students can buy e-books as an in-App purchase. To do this go to the App Store for iPad or Google Play for tablets for Android. Download the Oxford Learner’s Bookshelf app, then register or log in.
  2. Go to the Book shop.
  3. Tap the cover of the book you want to buy, then tap Buy
  4. Download the books from the Cloud view on your tablet, or use them online on your computer.

Try sample e-books for free

It’s free to register with Oxford Learner’s Bookshelf, and once registered you get access to some free samples.

To try free samples on a tablet:

  1. Go to the App Store for iPad or Google Play for tablets for Android. Download the Oxford Learner’s Bookshelf app, then register or log in.
  2. You’ll see some free samples in the Cloud bookshelf, ready for you to download and try out.
  3. Tap Download to start downloading a book.

Find more free samples in the Book shop. Tap Book shop and find Featured books – try free samples. Tap a book, then the Try sample button to start downloading it.

To try free samples on a computer:

  1. Go to www.oxfordlearnersbookshelf.com.
  2. Register or log in.
  3. You’ll see some free samples ready to use on your computer.
